You will receive an invitation by email to register on the SAP Ariba network or link your existing account. In the next step, we will ask you to complete the supplier registration questionnaire to complete the registration process.
Qualification
After registration, you may receive invitations to qualify via email. This process assesses your company's suitability for specific product groups. You will be asked to complete specific questionnaires for the relevant product groups.

Yes. You must register specifically for BKW as a supplier. Click on the registration link in the invitation email from SAP Ariba, log in with your existing access data and then fill out the BKW-specific registration form.
You have a single SAP Ariba company profile, but you can be assigned to multiple customers in the SAP Ariba network (e.g. BKW and other companies).
- Your user account (login) remains the same.
- BKW requires its own specific registration and qualification profile.
You should keep any changes to your master data (e.g. address, bank details) up to date so that BKW and other customers can work with the correct data.
Yes, if you have received an invitation from BKW to join SAP Ariba. An existing supplier relationship does not replace registration in SAP Ariba.

Yes. By completing the registration questionnaire, you provide BKW with general information and accept the basic conditions for working with BKW. Only qualified suppliers may provide services for these specific product groups.

The protection of your data is ensured by encrypting uploaded documents and sensitive information before they are stored in the database and transmitted. The SAP Ariba infrastructure is operated in data centres within the EU (including backup systems). In addition, BKW's data protection and compliance requirements apply. Please also note BKW's data protection information and contractual provisions.
